  • Virtual consult 4 times a year, as needed. Questions about your plumbing system or upgrades you might want to make? Give us a call, text, or Zoom on our dedicated phone line for our expert opinion. Smart phone with Zoom capability is required for Zoom calls. VALUE $75
  • Inspection report so you know what needs attention sooner or later. Plan your budget for upcoming needs rather than having surprise expenses. Your choice of plumbing areas to be inspected. 1-1.5 hour inspection per one annual service included. VALUE $200

During a plumbing inspection, I look for signs of corrosion and often, I am able to see what to replace/upgrade/fix before failure. I also look for factors that affect comfort, function, safety, and efficiency.

Having expert eyes on your plumbing system can reduce plumbing emergencies and save you money and time, along with the inconvenience and safety concerns they bring. When you get our Annual Service Agreement, you get my personal attention on your plumbing system once a year, plus four 15-minute virtual consults a year, all for a low monthly fee.

Oxidation, corrosion rust starts small and is a constant especially with the salty air. Catch problems when they are small to avoid bigger problems that this corrosion causes.

Water

Incoming water pressure can be hard on plumbing fixtures and appliances. Catch it early before bigger problems start and help lengthen the use-life of your fixtures and appliances.

Fire

Igniting pilots and hot water bring comfort but can have issues. Keep up on your manufacturer required annual water heater maintenance and help extend its use-life.

Earth

Sediment, deposits, calcium, and build up can cause problems. Let us help you avoid troubles caused by this slow, but constant build up in critical places.

Wait to be scheduled.

Annual service scheduling is based upon your needs and our schedule availability. Email us your available dates and we will work your service into the schedule. Restrictions, limitations, terms, conditions, and disclaimers apply. Please read these in the information we provide prior to purchasing your agreement. You can cancel prior to receiving your annual service, but there are no cancellations or refunds after you receive your annual service.

Use your Virtual Consults thru text, phone, or Zoom.

You must have the Zoom app on your smart device for Zoom calls. Text us at our dedicated phone number on your service agreement and let us know you would like to use one of your virtual consults. We will schedule the Zoom call with Noel and you can have him "take a look" and give his master/journeyman level plumber input. Restrictions, terms, conditions, and disclaimers apply. Please read these in your agreement contract.

Follow up on inspection findings.

Your plumbing system is ever-evolving and changing as parts age and elements have their effects. After your plumbing inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report including pictures showing what was present or not present at the time of the inspection. Through tracking and reporting, we’ll continuously be your partner to help reduce unpleasant plumbing surprises.
